Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions for the World Congress of Dermatology and Cosmetology, scheduled to take place from 05–07 April 2027 in Singapore
Registration and Payment

Eligibility: Registration is open to medical professionals, researchers, scientists, students, and industry representatives in the fields of dermatology, cosmetology, and related disciplines.

Confirmation: Registration is only deemed complete and valid upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email and invoice will be issued upon successful transaction.

Deadlines & Rates: Early-bird, standard, and on-site registration rates apply based on the timelines published on the official event website.
Cancellation, Substitution, and Refund Policy

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (€30) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.

Cancellations received until and including February 05, 2027 – Full refund (minus a €50 administration fee).

Cancellations received between February 06, 2027 to March 06, 2027- 50% refund.

From March 07, 2027 – No refund

Substitutions: If a registered delegate cannot attend, a substitute colleague may attend in their place at no extra charge, provided written notice and the substitute's details are sent to the Organizer at least 30 days prior to the Event.

Non-attendance : No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the Congress.
Event Alteration, Postponement, or Cancellation by Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the program, venue, speakers, and timings without prior notice.

If the Event is postponed or converted to a fully virtual format due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control (including but not limited to Force Majeure), registration will automatically transfer to the new dates or format.

If the Event is entirely cancelled by the Organizer without a rescheduled date, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. The Organizer is not liable for any peripheral costs incurred by participants, such as flights, hotel bookings, or visa fees.
Visas and Travel Documents

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary visas, travel insurance, and entry permits required to enter Singapore.

The Organizer can provide an official Letter of Invitation upon request, only after registration fees have been paid in full. This letter does not guarantee visa approval.

Failure to obtain a visa does not constitute a valid reason for a refund outside of the standard cancellation policy window.
Intellectual Property & Copyright

All intellectual property rights associated with presentations, abstracts, graphics, and materials distributed at the Congress belong to the respective speakers, presenters, or the Organizer.

Prohibition of Recording: Unauthorized photography, filming, audio recording, or live-streaming of scientific sessions, presentations, or exhibition booths is strictly prohibited.
Media and Photography Consent

By attending WCDC 2027, Participants acknowledge that the Organizer may take photographs, video footage, and audio recordings during the event.

Participants grant the Organizer a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use these images and recordings in promotional, marketing, and educational materials (including websites and social media) without further compensation or approval.
Code of Conduct

The Organizer is committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all attendees, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, or religion.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. The Organizer reserves the right to eject any participant violating this code without a refund and, if necessary, involve local law enforcement.
Data Protection and Privacy (PDPA Compliance)

The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR where relevant).

Your personal data will be used for the administration of the Congress, badge printing, and future event communication.

Participant data will not be shared with third-party exhibitors or sponsors without explicit consent (e.g., allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge at the venue).
Liability and Insurance

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property belonging to participants during the Congress, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

Participants are strongly advised to secure their own comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance.
